Nguyên liệu cần chuẩn bị để xông hơi bằng lá tía tô:
– 15 – 20 lá tía tô bánh tẻ, tốt nhất là lá tía tô giống Nhật.
– 500ml nước sạch.
– ½ quả chanh.
– 1 nhúm muối biển.
– Khăn trùm sạch.
– Thau sạch.
– Bông tẩy trang cotton hoặc khăn cotton sạch để thấm mặt sau khi xông.
Cách làm nước lá tía tô để xông mặt như sau:
Bước chuẩn bị nước xông:
– Lá tía tô rửa sạch dưới vòi nước chảy, để ráo.
– Cho lá tía tô vào 500ml nước sạch và đun sôi, để nước sủi bạn bật nhỏ lửa thêm 3 phút rồi tắt bếp.
– Đổ nước lá tía tô ra chậu, vắt chanh và bỏ thêm một thìa muối đã chuẩn bị vào nước lá.
Bước xông mặt bằng lá tía tô:
Khi nước mới đổ ra chậu, bạn không được lập tức xông mặt bởi lúc này nước đang nóng, rất dễ làm bỏng da. Sau 5 phút, nước bắt đầu nguội bớt, lúc này bạn hãy đưa mặt lại gần chậu, cách khoảng 30- 40 cm rồi trùm khăn và bắt đầu xông. Theo cảm nhận của bản thân, bạn có thể rút ngắn dần khoảng cách xông khi nước tiếp tục hạ nhiệt, chỉ cần lưu ý sao cho lượng hơi nước vừa đủ, không quá nóng với da.
Sau khi xông:
Xông mặt bằng lá tía tô được khuyến cáo chỉ nên thực hiện trong khoảng 15 phút. Sau 15 phút, bạn có thể dùng bông tẩy trang hoặc khăn cotton mịn để thấm mặt cho khô. Một điều bạn nhất định phải nhớ nữa là không được rửa mặt ngay sau khi xông, hãy để da thư giãn thêm khoảng 10 phút, lỗ chân lông cũng thu hẹp hơn rồi mới rửa lại mặt với nước mát. Cuối cùng, hãy đắp thêm mặt nạ dưỡng da hoặc dùng kem dưỡng da để da có thể hấp thụ các dưỡng chất tốt nhất nhé!
Nên xông mặt bằng lá tía tô bao nhiêu lần một tuần?
Xông mặt bằng lá tía tô rất tốt cho sức khỏe, vì thế nếu có thời gian bạn nên xông mặt 2- 3 lần mỗi tuần vào buổi tối trước khi đi ngủ. Chỉ sau khoảng 2 tuần áp dụng, chắc chắn bạn sẽ cảm nhận được sự thay đổi rõ ràng trên gương mặt mình. Đầu tiên là mụn cám, mụn trứng cá sẽ giảm hẳn, sau đó là tông da cũng được nâng lên đáng kể.
